How we help people to overcome addictions
Truly Confidential Counselling and Therapy can help in many different ways. We can:
-
Provide a safe and confidential space for you to explore your feelings about your addiction
-
Help look at how it has impacted on your life and the life of others
-
Help you to take time to look at the future as you see it
- Find resources of support and enable you to find ways to let go of your cravings.
We are also able to support the people who are being affected by the addictions of others.
