More about Hypnotherapy sessions

A hypnotherapy session is longer than a counselling or therapy session, but treatment is often quicker.  It will be up to you which course of treatment you choose.  Hypnotherapy sessions usually take 90 minutes in the first instance.  Some people may need only one or two sessions.  Weight loss treatment takes longer and you may choose to take support up until you achieve your target weight.

In your first session your therapist will check your ability to benefit from hypnotherapy (most people can, but there are some people for whom it is not a good treatment option).  If you cannot, then this session will not be charged and your therapist will help you to look at other options.  Your therapist will discuss your issues with you and formulate a treatment that will help you to achieve your goal (hypnotherapy can only work on one goal at a time).  You remain in full control throughout your session; your unconscious mind will not allow you to be harmed.  You should not drive immediately after your session, so please take this into consideration when booking your appointment.

How to get started

Simply contact us either by telephone or email to arrange an appointment with our Hypnotherapist.  Sessions must be paid for on the day as we need to ascertain that you are able to benefit from the treatment.

What people say

Our work is 100% confidential.  However, some of our clients have generously supplied the following anonymous comments about our work with them ...

I am writing to testify to the skill and sensitivity demonstrated by Julie during a recent hypnotherapy session which she conducted with me.  She succinctly yet thoroughly elicited the issues I wished to have dealt with and provided a safe and trusting environment within which I felt able to ‘buy’ into the therapy which then provided a platform upon which she could then progress. I have to say that despite my initial doubts and misconceptions, the process was extremely comfortable and relaxing and it created change in some deep seated behaviours I previously manifest.

I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Julie to anyone considering a hypnotherapy approach to any life changes.  You are in safe hands.

Ms P from London

Julie has a very soothing and relaxing voice which helped me go into a trance very quickly and easily. I would recommend Julie to work with anybody who wants to have the benefits of Hypnotherapy.

I sought help for weight-loss and for the first time in my life I am not over-eating.
